Frequently asked questions
How does the subscription work? +
Pick a tier (Lite or Pro) and a billing period. Weekly plans top your balance up every week; yearly plans grant the whole year of credits upfront at a much lower effective price. Manage or cancel anytime from the account page.
Do credits expire? +
No. Credits already added to your balance never expire and roll over, even if you cancel the subscription. Cancelling only stops future refills.
What can I do without paying? +
All file tools: merge, split, compress, rotate, protect, unlock, sign, and every conversion between PDF, Word, Excel and images. No account or watermarks.
What do credits pay for? +
Only AI operations: translation, summaries, chat with documents, data extraction, contract analysis, document generation and the smart vault.
How do I pay? +
On the web you subscribe with a card through Stripe. On iOS you subscribe inside the app through the App Store. Prices are the same.
Is there a free trial? +
A 7-day free trial is available in the iOS app. On the web you subscribe directly – and every new account gets 500 welcome credits to try the AI tools before subscribing at all.
